This is my first draft writing

On Friday we were doing cooking for tech we had an hour before lunch so whaea meri said “haere mai koutou ma” and we were off we were all so amped to do cooking so our class went into room 1 to cook a sponge cake our team was very into whisking  and it was a bit tiring Cooking sponge cake. We all took turns at whisking our mixture for the sponge cake. t

hese are the steps we had to take, first we had to crack the eggs and separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and kohuroa was very good at doing that.  While kohuroa was doing that I was gathering the sugar. By the time I had come back our group had to start whipping the egg whites so that it was stiff and that it would stand up by itself. We were all getting sore arms we were taking turns so that we wouldn't get as much of a sore arm. By the  time we had finished everyone else was still not finished whipping the egg yolks and then it was time to add the sugar and when we had to add to add the sugar very slow a little bit at a time and we carried on whipping the sugar and we were like whew
